You will never lose your false teeth again with removeable implant dentures, also called overdentures or snap-in dentures. Steak, hard candy, nuts, raw fruits or vegetables will no longer need to be softened or cut into smaller bites because your dentures are locked into place with denture implants.
With Denture Implants, you don’t have to worry about hassling with adhesives and glues.
Plus your chewing efficiency will be returned to normal. Also, the implants stimulate bone retention preventing the bone from resorbing around the dental implant which helps prevent facial collapse.
The dentures snap into place and stay put, improving your oral health and giving you peace of mind that they will not move until you’re ready to remove them for cleaning. The base of the denture is made of acrylic and made to look like a natural gum base. Whereas acrylic or porcelain usually make up the ‘teeth’ themselves. These dentures will anchor themselves onto the implants and not rub like a normal denture does. As a result, they act like permanent dentures.
Denture implants are perfect for the lower jaw because regular dentures tend to be less stable there. Usually, a regular denture made to fit an upper jaw is quite stable on its own and doesn't need the extra support offered by implants. However, you can receive an overdenture in either the upper or lower jaw.

NOTE: It is imperative not to confuse snap-in dentures with hybrid bridge denture or All on Four prosthesis. The cost of implant dentures are only a fraction of the pricing of fixed hybrid false teeth or All-on-Four, therefore; our denture implants are more affordable.
If you are shopping for implants please consider that you will need to reline your dentures every 2 years. Some dental clinics charge $500 for the service, our pricing is only $200.
It's important for you to know we were NOT the first dental specialist in the Treasure Valley to use implants. We studied and learned how to perfect the process, as we did not want to experiment on our patients. We now have over 200 happy customers using implants with their false teeth.
Please understand– we DO NOT use a dentist to install the implants, we only use highly qualified oral surgeons– the best.
A Snap-In Denture is simply a removeable denture supported with dental implants. It is known by many names:• Implant Supported Denture
In Boise, they have been advertised for about $1400 per implant; however, we DO NOT sell mini-implants because:• they wear out quicker– studs cannot be replaced
A mini implant is all one piece, if it breaks, you replace the entire thing, incuring huge costs and extra medical complications.
If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Paying for low cost mini implants is just not worth the risks.
Our most popular implant dentures are removable, but some clinics sell an implant retained denture which is only removable by the dentist. Our product simply locks in to place on titanium studs. You should remove an implant-supported denture daily to clean the teeth and gum area.
Each implant in the jawbone holds a metal attachment that fits into another attachment on the denture. In most cases, the attachments on the implants are ball-shaped ("male" attachments), and they fit into sockets ("female" attachments) on the denture.
Sometimes we can modify your current dentures to fit on implants reducing your denture implant costs.
During your consultation with our specialist, we will carefully examine your existing dentures to determine if they can fit on new dental implants and discuss solutions to stay in your budget.
Implant retained dentures takes 2-3 visits to complete over about 6 months. This includes procedures and placement of the denture. However, the process can last longer, especially if you need bone grafting or other adjustments.
First we partner with our best oral surgeon to place the implants in the jawbone under your gums. Then in about 3-6 months they expose the top of the implants and insert studs to hold your dentures.
If you have great bone density and a healthy jawbone, your process will be shorter. Plus the lower jaw bone heals faster than the upper, so you can have perfect fitting dentures in no time.
We have rarely found patients who could NOT have denture implants. But you must have a healthy jawbone capable of supporting more than one implant.
Uncontrolled diabetes, cancer, radiation to the jaws, smoking, alcoholism, or uncontrolled gum disease are all risk factors that can adversely affect your outcome. You may still be a good candidate with one of these diseases, but we’ll want to thoroughly assess your situation and work with you, the oral surgeon and your doctor to increase your overall health and functioning.
People who take certain medications, such as steroids or drugs that suppress the immune system may not be suitable candidates, either. And people who severely grind or clench their teeth may put too much pressure on the implants, causing long term damage.
