With a decade managing Public Denture in Caldwell, Josh honed his skills and set the stage for his own clinic. Elected as Vice President of the Idaho Denturitry Association, his dedication to elevating denture quality is unwavering. Patient satisfaction is paramount to Josh – he treats each patient as an extended family member, ensuring their experience is exceptional. Meet Nick Gensburger, since joining New Smile in 2020, Nick has been a steadfast advocate for patient comfort and well-being throughout their dental journey. Outside the clinic, Nick finds joy in the embrace of his family, girlfriend Maddy, and his two wonderful children. Nick’s family serves as his steadfast support, motivating him in his professional journey and continually encouraging his pursuit of excellence in the field.

Hailing from Caldwell, Joe's journey began with his graduation from Caldwell High School in 2001. His earlier years saw him engaged in construction and welding, but it was in the dental lab industry that he found his true vocation. Amidst his professional commitments, Joe's personal joys include quality time spent with his teenage daughter, often cheering on the College of Idaho Yote football team during the fall season, a cherished tradition that speaks to his passion for both community and connection.
